Delete Your Account

Effective date: September 1, 2026

You can delete your Poker Reborn account at any time. The fastest way is inside the app — it takes seconds and needs nobody's help. If you cannot get into the app, you can write to us instead.

The Fast Way: Delete It Yourself, In the App

  1. Open the gear menu
  2. Tap Account
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

That is the whole process. It happens straight away — no request, no waiting, no one else involved. You are already signed in, so there is nothing to prove. This is the route we recommend.

If You Cannot Get Into the App

Write to and include:

  1. Your player code
  2. A request to delete your account

Your player code identifies your account. You can find it in the app: open the gear menu and tap Account — the code is shown at the top. It is worth writing down.

Don't have your player code? Write to us anyway and tell us what you can about the account — the nickname you played under and roughly when you last played. We will find it with you.

Requests by email take up to 14 working days. Before we delete anything we have to be certain the account is yours. Deletion cannot be undone, so we will not act on a request we cannot verify — checking that is the entire delay. It is the reason the in-app route is faster, and the reason we would rather you used it.

What Gets Deleted

Everything that identifies you is permanently removed:

This cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored — not by you, and not by us. There is no recovery window and no backup we can bring it back from. If you want to play again afterwards, you start a completely new account.

What Is Kept, and Why

The hands and games you played are not deleted. They are anonymised — your player code, nickname, profile image and sign-in identifier are stripped out, so the record can no longer be traced back to you.

We cannot delete that history, because it is not only yours. Every hand is a shared record of everyone who sat at the table. Erasing your side of it would destroy other players' record of games they played. What remains is an anonymous seat: the cards and the actions, with no person attached to them.

Anonymised hand history is retained indefinitely. It contains no personal data and cannot be linked back to you or to any other player.

What We Don't Store

Poker Reborn does not collect or store the following, so there is nothing to delete:
